Remember that some callers may be calling Wellesley for the first time. Be polite, articulate, and even conversational. Strive to be helpful, but if you cannot answer all their questions, simply transfer the call to the appropriate office.

Generally, most callers will ask to speak with a specific office or faculty/staff member. You may reveal faculty/staff phone numbers to callers.
Student information must remain confidential. Only e-mail addresses are public. Never provide a student's phone number, Residence Hall, etc.
