Ad-Aware

Problem : User is having trouble getting rid of found ad ware of is getting a message about creating a file.

Solution : Make sure they are clicking the Next button after selecting all of the objects, rather than Quarantine.

Problem : An error message saying that the new definitions cannot be read.

Solution : Close Ad-Aware, go to C:\Program Files\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware SE Plus and rename defs.ref to defs2.ref and launch Ad-Aware again. It may give an error, click OK, Choose Check For Updates Now again and it should run fine.
