Checking Voicemail
In order to check the voicemail, helpdeskers dial 3900, * 3302, and the password which is "HELPME."

Transferring Calls
Press the TRANSFER key, dial the extension of the person to whom the call is going, press the TRANSFER key again, and hang up.

For example, if a call received at a student station needs to be transferred to the Staff desk, the helpdesker will press TRANSFER, dial 3302, and press TRANSFER again.

Caller ID
Always note the caller's extension on the digital display. You can use this to check their name in "WhoIS". You may also need to verify that the number they are calling from is the same one that shows up with the information associated with their username.

Answering a Call Ringing on Another Phone
Lift the receiver and press the CALL PICKUP key.

Troubleshooting
The PROGRAM key changes settings for the telephone's display window. If you accidentally press it, simply press it again to exit. You will not be able to use the phone until you have exited this mode.
