Where can I get computing help?
Computing Help Desk
The Computing Help Desk is now open to students, as well as faculty and staff. It is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm and is located on the second floor of the Clapp Library. Students may either call the Computing Help Desk at x7777 or walk-in to the location at the Clapp Library.
Computing First Aid
Computing First Aid is available to all students after the Comptuing Help Desk has closed. It is open Sunday through Thursday 4:30pm to 9pm. Computing First Aid stations are located at the Science Library circulation desk and the Knapp Media Center circulation desk. More information is available on the Computing First Aid website.
