The Helpdesk is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at extension 3333. We are located just left of the main entrance to Clapp Library.

Passwords If you have forgotten your FirstClass or Domain password you must come to the HelpDesk to request a password reset. Please bring your Wellesley ID card to show to the HelpDesk consultant. Damaged Disks If you have a zip disk, floppy disk or USB drive that is no longer being recognized or seems to have corrupted files on it the Helpdesk will attempt to retrieve the data. Note: IS does not suggest using zip disks or floppy disks. USB drives should be a secondary way to back up, CD's or DVD's are more reliable.
