Our service points include the Knapp Media and Technology Center, the Computing Labs, Clapp Reserves located on the first floor of Clapp Library, Computing First Aid in Clapp and the SCI MiniFocus, and the residence halls.

In addition to our user support we support the KeyServer and License Manager. We also work with members of other groups to build and maintain the classroom/lab and faculty/staff computer images (standard suite of software).

The EAI group supports and develops the enterprise or college-wide applications such as Banner, the Portal, the Datamart, R25, etcs. They create interfaces between these software packages and other software used on campus.

Information Resources (IR) The IR group selects materials for the Library, in all formats (print and online books, DVDs, videos, CDs, scores, maps, magazines/periodicals, etc.) They also, with RIG, select fee-based online resources, such as LexisNexis, Britannica Online, the Shakespeare Collection Online, and the like. They order and catalog all of these materials, so users can find them and use them. Furthermore, they track subscriptions, and oversees links between bibliographic and full-text online resources. The IR group also maintains and preserves the collection through repair, rebinding, digital preservation, and other treatments; manages the library's offsite storage collection. Finally, the IR group coordinates collection development with other libraries, so users have a larger pool of materials to borrow from.
