FirstClass

Password Resets

Students must visit the Helpdesk in Clapp with their Wellesley ID.

Username Changes

Usernames are only changed when user's legal name has been changed with the Registrar's Office. All accounts will have the username changed.

FirstClass Directory Name Changes

Students must visit the helpdesk with their Wellesley IDs. The user's first name in the FirstClass directory can be changed to a preferred name, but the last name will only be changed if the user has made a legal name change.
