Install Error Fixes

If you get any of the following errors (or something similar) when you try to install an application:

• The specified module could not be found
• No such interface supported
• Class not registered

Try this fix first:

1. Open My Computer > C: > Program Files > Common Files.
2. Drag the folder InstallShield to your desktop.
3. Try installing the application again.

If the above fix does not solve the problem, try the following fixes next:

• Install the Latest ikernel engine
• Clean the Temp Directory
• Close Applications Running in the Background
• Detect and End Previously Running Installation Processes
