Meeting Maker is a personal, networked scheduler program that allows you to maintain your own calendar of meetings and activities and can also be configured to allow other Meeting Maker users to access your calendar. Only Faculty and Staff may obtain Meeeting Maker accounts.
Meeting Maker is installed on all Computing Labs, and on all faculty and staff college-owned computers. It can also be installed on any other computer on or off campus by following the installation instructions below. To use MeetingMaker from off campus you will need your own Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Before trying to use or install Meeting Maker, you need to have a Meeting Maker account. If you do not have one, faculty and staff may request an account. It may take up to five business days to recieve your account. Your new MeetingMaker account information will be sent to you via FirstClass.
If you have forgotten your MeetingMaker password, please contact the HelpDesk at x3333 to put in a request to have it reset.
You do not need to uninstall previous versions of MeetingMaker to install the new version. The installers will remove them for you.
MeetingMaker released version 8.7 of the client in August 2007. MeetingMaker clients older than 8.5.3 will not work with the current server. If you have any version older than MeetingMaker 8.5.3, you will have to upgrade to MeetingMaker 8.7. If you try to access MeetingMaker using an older client, it will prompt you to upgrade your version of Meeting Maker.
To see what version of MeetingMaker you have installed, launch and login to MeetingMaker. In Windows go to Help > About MeetingMaker and the version is in the lower left corner. In Mac OS X, go to Meeting Maker Calendar menu > About MeetingMaker Calendar and the version number is also in the lower left corner.
