Domain Access to Office Computers, Computing Lab and Classroom Macs and PC's, Cisco VPN Firewall, the Online Directory from off-campus, Clean Access in Residence Halls and NTM
Change Domain Account Password on line from campus using Password Station.
If you have forgotten your password and have not registered with Password Station, please call the HelpDesk to request a Domain password reset.
FirstClass
Access to E-mail and Computer Registration in Academic Buildings.
If you have forgotten your password please call the HelpDesk to request a Firstclass password reset.
Office Mac
Mac OS X is account-based, i.e. it requires every user to have an account on the computer
This is entirely different from your Wellesley domain username and password.

You should get your username and password along with the computer.

On OS X, Go to Apple > System Preferences > Accounts. Select your own username, type in the new password in the Password field and re-type to verify If you have forgotten your password please call the HelpDesk to request assistance with your account.
Banner Self-Service PIN
When you log into your account on the Web, Go to Personal Information > Change Pin. Type in your old PIN and new PIN.

Contact Human Resources for help with this password.

Firewall / Cisco VPN Client
The firewall controls all communication to and from protected systems like Banner. You must authenticate to the firewall using your Domain Password before logging in to Banner/Oracle. The password field is case sensitive and the authentication expires in 15 minutes. Change Domain Account Password on line from campus using Password Station.

Banner / Oracle
Oracle is the form feeder for all of the Banner data . It is only one password but is usually referred to as a Banner password.You must authenticate to the firewall before you can use Banner/Oracle.
To request an account fill out the Banner Account Request form on the Computing Homepage. On the form, check the box for the type of account you require.
1. Login to Banner and go to form GUAPSWD.
2. An Oracle Password Change Form dialog box will appear. Change your assigned password to a personal choice that is at least 8 characters long where one character is a number (example: wendy22w).
3. Select Save, then Exit back to the main Banner screen.

Meeting Maker
Meeting Maker is a personal, networked scheduler program that allows faculty/staff to maintain their own calendar of meetings and activities.

You can find the Request an Account Form on our MeetingMaker Homepage.

Go to Edit > Preferences.
Click on the Login tab and complete the Password Section..
If you have forgotten your password please call the HelpDesk to request a MeetingMaker password reset.
Single Sign On
Required for viewing and using Budget Reports on-line called Discoverer. It is called the Single-Sign-On password. When faculty/staff are given an account, they are given their password. If you have forgotten your password please call the HelpDesk to for assistance with your account.
FileMaker Pro
Making your database available on the network. If you plan to share a database between computers you should set a password for it, otherwise any networked computer on campus has access to your database.

To set up a password, from the File > Access Privileges > Define Passwords.
One password for total access is required. More levels of passwords are possible and you can specify the degree of access (administrator/ viewing access only).

Go to File > Change Password. Type in your old and new passwords and confirm the new one. Only the administrator of the account can change the password. If you have forgotten your password please call the HelpDesk to request assistance with your database.
Element K

Web-based training resource providing self-paced courses on the most popular software programs anytime and anywhere. A license is available for all Wellesley faculty, staff, and students.

To create an account see the Element K Enrollment PDF.

Once you have enrolled and logged in to Element K be you can change your password by clicking My Account > Account Information > Personal Information
Click on the Forgot your Username or Password link on the Element K main page. You will be prompted to enter your email address. Your existing username and password will then be sent to this email address.
