    Check here for the latest tips and tricks from the IS staff.
  • Computing First Aid
    Sunday through Thursday, 7pm to 9pm when classes are in session.
  • The Computing Questions conference on FirstClass.
    Any member of the Wellesley College community may ask or answer questions in the Computing Questions conference.
  • Computing at Wellesley
    Documentation for a wide variety of software applications.
  • Protecting Your Computer Against Viruses
    Instructions for installing anti-virus software and dealing with virus infections.
  • Computing Help Desk
    Located on the second floor of Clapp library, the Help Desk is open between 8:30AM and 4:30PM, Monday through Friday. This is the place to go for damaged floppy and Zip Disks as well as password resets for your FirstClass and Domain accounts.
  • Computing Labs
    Computing Lab Consultants can help with general software questions and problems with floppy and zip disks.

    Knapp Consultants can answer questions about multimedia software and equipment.

    Web-based access to software training and reference books.
  • Academic Peer Tutors
    If you need help with programming languages or with specialized academic software, see an APT. Programming languages include Javascript, Java, and C++, and specialized academic software includes SPSS and Mathematica.
