Please describe the problem and the steps you have already taken to correct it. Please include the exact text of any error messages you have received, and the version numbers of any software involved (FirstClass, Internet Explorer, etc.).

  

If the problem cannot be resolved during Computing First Aid hours, ask if the student can return to another Computing First Aid session. If not, please refer and email this log to the student's RCC.
