How much memory does your computer have?
What model Mac do you have?
iMac, MacBook, etc. Also G4, G5, or Intel.
Is your computer a notebook or desktop?
Please describe the problem and the steps you have already taken to attempt to fix it. Be sure to include the exact text of any error messages you have received, and the version numbers of any software involved (FirstClass, Internet Explorer, etc.).

Note for students who submit a request to have your network drop checked: Unless special arrangements are made, Technology Shop staff will be visiting, with only door knocking notice, sometime Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:45 A.M. and 4 P.M., and will work on the drop even if the room is unoccupied. If nobody is there, the Technology Shop staff will leave a note after their visit so you will know what happened when they came.

Your Residential Computing Consultant (RCC) will contact you via e-mail or voice mail within one business day after you submit this form.
