General help with papers and presentations using Microsoft Office and other basic software help is available most afternoons during the fall and spring semesters at the Clapp Library Reference Desk.

Computing First Aid

Computing First Aid is available during the fall and spring semesters at the Clapp Library First floor Lounge and the Science Center MiniFocus most Sunday-Thursday evenings. The students staffing CFA are primarily trained to troubleshoot connection problems and other issues students may have with their own personal computers. Please see the Computing First Aid web site for details.
