Connecting Other Wireless Devices

How do I connect other devices to the Wellesley College network?

If you have a device other than a computer (e.g. iPod Touch or a smartphone with WiFi) that you would like to connect to the network, you must configure and register it with the help of an IS staff member at the Computing Help Desk. Please come to the Computing Help Desk (business hours: 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday) located near the main entrance of Clapp Library. A staff member will help you configure the device, find the device's MAC Address, and fill out a Clean Access exemption form. The request can take up to five business days to process.

Here are the current list of devices that we currently exempt from CCA to connect them to the Wellesley College network. If you have questions, please call the Computing Help Desk at 781-283-7777 (students) or 781-283-3333 (faculty-staff).
