Summary Banner Web Time Entry Steps for Exempt Employees

1. Login to Employee Self Service *

(http://www.wellesley.edu/HR/new/webforemps.html)

2. Click on Time Sheet.

3. Select Position and correct pay period; click on Time Sheet button.

4. Enter exception hours; click save or copy.

5. Enter comment (if any).

6. Click on Submit for Approval.

7. Enter PIN; click on submit button.

8. Verify that the Time Sheet has been submitted for Approval by You.

* Detail instructions on how to log into Employee Self Service

  1. You must have a PIN in order to access your system. For faculty & staff, please contact Mary Hackett or Rahniah Atieh in Human Resources to obtain your PIN.
  2. Go to Wellesley homepage www.wellesley.edu
  3. Place your cursor over Especially for Faculty & Staff, you should then see a menu pop up, select Employee Self Service (Banner)
  4. On the top of the page, click on "Access to Employee Self Service is available by clicking here"
  5. Click on "Student, Faculty, and Staff - click HERE to Log In"
  6. Under User ID, enter your Banner ID or your social security number.
  7. Under PIN, enter your PIN
  8. Click on the box "Login"
