This site was created for the Global Feminisms project in the Spring of 2007 Introduction to Women's

The two readings in the introduction and conclusion are excerpts from a
collection of emails written by Mona Ahmed to Dayanita Singh. These emails
as well as the photographic series chronicles the struggles Mona Ahmed
faces as an eunuch marginalized by society
