Liz Lieberman is the Assistant Dean of the College. In this capacity, she oversees a variety of areas relating to faculty matters, including the development and implementation of methods for the coordination and presentation of data relating to faculty, and she represents the Office of the Dean of the College on committees established to review and/or change the computerization of such data. Pat Navins Ruth Frommer is the Faculty Appointments Coordinator in the Office of the Dean of the College and Clerk of the Committee on Faculty Appointments (CFA) and of the Advisory Committee on Merit. As Faculty Appointments Coordinator, she is responsible for all personnel activities relating to faculty, including contracts, salary updates, status changes, and maintaining faculty information. As Clerk, Ruth manages and coordinates the work of the CFA and the merit committee relating to faculty reappointment, tenure, promotion, and merit reviews. Judy Mitchell is the administrative assistant reporting to Elizabeth C. Lieberman, Assistant Dean of the College. She provides support for all the activities of the office. She handles administrative aspects of the Ruhlman conference and the college's sabbatical leave program. Judy's hours are 8:30 - 3:00, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and 8:30 - noon, Wednesday and Friday, September to June. Jessica Gaudreau is the Budget Analyst and an administrative assistant in the Office of the Dean of the College reporting to Mary Pat Navins. She maintains the financial records for conference travel, Faculty Awards, Educational Research & Development, and named professorships.
