available to students who are doing 250, 350, 360, or 370
work. The application form is in the link below and contains more

The Office of
the Dean of the College has made stipends available for members
of the sophomore class to carry out collaborative research projects
with natural science and
social science faculty mentors each year. Currently work-study
funds can not be used for research positions. Since hands-on research
is
so important in doing natural and social science as well as
in career planning, these funds make available academic year research
opportunities as work-study positions. Infomation

Jerome A. Schiff Fellowships
The Committee on
Curriculum and Instruction administers the Jerome A. Schiff Fellowships.
Made possible through a generous gift from the Jerome A. Schiff Charitable
Trust, Schiff Fellowships are merit awards intended to support the scholarly
work of students enrolled in the senior honors program. More information
about this Fellowship can be found on the Committee
website.
Pamela Daniels '59
Fellowship
Pamela Daniels
'59, class dean at Wellesley from 1981 until 2000, counseled and
advised six classes of Wellesley students - 1985, 1988, 1991, 1994,
1997 and 2000.. When she retired in May of 2000, her former students,
classmates, family
and
friends
endowed the Pamela Daniels '59 Fellowship, to be offered annually
in
the fall to support an original senior project. Applications are due
by noon on Thursday, October 4, 2007. Application forms and additional
