study the challenges and opportunties the digital revolution presents
to a residential liberal arts college and to document the current
state of the art;

create opportunities for the campus community to discuss new developments
and policy issues;

recommend steps the College can take and principles to ensure
that the technological revolution strengthens our programs without
jeopardizing our financial vitality.
