Wellesley-in-Shanghai takes students to historic sites and cities around Shanghai. In the past, professors and students have gone to Zhouzhuang and Suzhou. Students can also travel on their own after the program.

Students take a day off from classes to go to Suzhou, the city famous for its silk and gardens.
