ITA links and reports are not as “user friendly” as those from the ITC. Many ITA documents report the results of an investigation, without explaining how the determination was made. In order to find an ITA report that provides details on the dumping determination takes some digging. Preliminary Reports sometimes contain more information than Final Reports.

The first and simplest approach to finding relevant information from the ITA is to look through their list of “Noteworthy Items.”
