Adrienne M. Lucas is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Wellesley College. She joined the department in 2006.
Professor Lucas earned her Ph.D. in Economics from Brown University, her A.M. in Economics from Brown University, and her B.A. from Wesleyan University.
Her research is in the fields of Economic Growth and Development. Her specific interests are the impact of disease, education, and fertility on both Economic Growth and Development. Her current projects include research on malaria, presbyopia, and underfunded education mandates.
At Wellesley, Professor Lucas teaches Principles of Macroeconomics, Econometrics, and Economic Development. |
