Welcome to the Events Office homepage. Our goal is to provide Wellesley College Faculty and Administrative staff with the tools and information to plan and schedule a successful meeting, program or event.

SCHEDULING A MEETING, PROGRAM OR EVENT:
Please note:
Basic Meetings require 7 business days to process.
Events that require resources (such as sound, AV,
videographers, special set-ups) require 14 business days.

Before scheduling an event, please visit the Campus Calendar as this will most accurately reflect all meetings, programs or events taking place on Campus on any given day. The Campus Calendar will show you when a room/space is not in use.  Note: The Campus Calendar is very accurate, however there are limited times when a room may look available but cannot be confirmed by the Events Office. It is important to wait for your space confirmation before moving forward with planning and advertising your event.

To schedule your event, visit our online Space Request/Reservation form by clicking on: https://frannie.wellesley.edu/events/.  Once you have successfully logged in, you will need to click on the room images in order to make a reservation.

Reservations for meetings and events requiring resources should be made at least 14 business days prior to an event to secure adequate space and provide for the necessary support services.

All requests are processed on a first come basis.  When you submit a reservation using the Events Office online reservation form, you will receive an automatic email reply with the following text – “This event is NOT CONFIRMED until you receive a confirmation email”.  This is not your confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation or notice of unavailability, sent to you by a member of the Events Office, via email within 7 business days of your original request.  The response may take longer if the Events Office has received a large number of requests in a short period of time or during the Registrar’s Office class Add/Drop period.

CANCELING OR CHANGING A MEETING, PROGRAM OR EVENT RESERVATION:
Requests for all major changes (change in set up, media or sound support services) must be received at least one week before the event.  Change requests received on shorter notice may not be guaranteed.  If your request can be accommodated, you will receive a new and updated confirmation.  To change or cancel an existing meeting, program or event reservation; please complete an Event Space Reservation Change Request form.

SCHEDULING A NON-COLLEGE SPONSORED MEETING, PROGRAM OR EVENT:
For inquiries about holding your wedding or commitment ceremony at Wellesley, please read this guide. Once you have read the guide, you can submit an online request for a ceremony date here.

For all other non-college sponsored events and/or space inquiries, please submit an External Event Inquiry form.
