How do you draw upon and utilize
specific knowledge, skills and experiences that are
needed to perform your specific
role.

To what degree are you responsible for your own work, the work of others
and
delivering services to the community and what is the impact of your
position’s end
results.
Collaboration
How have you been able to produce successful outcomes by working cooperatively
with
others.
Communication
In what ways have you effectively interacted and
exchanged information with other
members of the community and external constituencies.
Innovation and Problem Solving, Critical Thinking
Reflect on your ability to identify, define,
critically analyze and resolve work problems
through research and testing alternative ideas and
approaches.
Development of Self and Others
How have you provided a strong sense of purpose and
mission for the professional

6. Working relationship: Are you satisfied with your working
relationship with your supervisor? Are
there things that could be done to strengthen it in the service of achieving
mutual goals?

work? What other areas of growth would
you like to explore?

you finding creative challenges in your work?
