Laura Andrews: Employm= ent Coordinator

Laura assi= sts in the development and implementation of new strategies to aid in the hiring process of Faculty and Union employees.<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>  Laura conducts new faculty welcome orientations and oversees all faculty advertising and I-9 compliance. Laura is the initial contact in the L= eave of Absence process and oversees Worker’s Compensation. 

 

Sandra Murga Zuniga:  Office Coordinator

Sandra serves as the f= irst point of contact for the Human Resources Office.  She is a source of information and referral to the College Community and visitors to the College.  She is the contact person for new h= ires to schedule respective Benefits and Valuing Work orientations.   She also assists the Human Resources staff on daily administrative logistics.

Responsible for perfor= ming a variety of support services related to benefits, compensation and employmen= t. Kathi Krajewski: Associate Director of Human Resources and Manager of Compensation and Benefits

Kathi develops, implem= ents, and administers compensation programs within Valuing Work @ Wellesley to en= sure that Wellesley College’s administrative sta= ffs are paid appropriately looking at internal and external equity issues.  She is the main contact for role classification and salary actions.  Kathi is responsible for directing the College’s benefits prog= rams to ensure that they are competitive and administered according to College policy and federal and state regulations.   She is responsible for overs= eeing the benefits team and is the employee contact for retirement.

 

Eva Bedrick, Benefits Coordinator

Eva acts as the Human Resources Office contact for employees, vendors and visitors providing information, guidance and referral for the benefits function that include health, dental and life benefits.  She handles tax-deferred annuities and the TIAA-CREF retirement plan enrollments, termination of benefits including COBRA, as well as any benefits-related questions.
