Steps you need to take:
- Notify your supervisor.
- Upon completion of your service, you must furnish the
Human Resources Office with a written statement from an appropriate court
official indicating the dates and times of your appearance or service and
the amount of remuneration received.
- If you would like
to keep a copy of your proof of jury duty service in your personnel file,
forward a copy to Human Resources.
