If you are an employee or a faculty member and have problems with your PIN or if your online account has been disabled, please contact the Human Resources Department at x3202.

If you are a student and you have forgotten your pin or if it has been disabled and you are on campus, you must come in person with your picture ID to the Registrar's Office. If you are off campus you may submit a signed request via letter of fax. Your pin will be left for you in your private voice mailbox. Please allow 3-5 business days to reenable a pin.
