Spousal / Partner Employment

Wellesley College understands the need for the spouse or partner of a candidate to locate employment, either at the college or in the surrounding area.  Wellesley supports the needs to the extent it is able to provide informational assistance to spouses and partners who seek employment opportunities within the greater Boston area.

Wellesley College is an active member of the. New England Higher Education Consortium (HERC). Developed in 2006, the New England HERC is a collaborative response of member institutions to the many challenges of academic recruitment and retention. One particular interest of the New England HERC is finding effective ways to assist the spouses and partners of faculty and staff to secure area employment.
