Eloise directs all human resources for the College, and is responsible for all personnel policies, compensation, employee relations, overall union / management relations, EEOC, benefits and systems as well as training and strategic planning.

STAFF/LABOR RELATIONS/DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF HR
Kathy Stewart: Deputy Director of Human Resources

Kathy is responsible for all labor relations for both the IMSEUA and the Wellesley College Campus Police. She coordinates the internal training programs at Wellesley as well as the collaboration we have with the Boston Consortium. Kathy, in conjunction with other HR professionals, manages employee relations.

Carolyn Slaboden: Associate Director of Human Resources and Equal Employment Opportunity

Carolyn directs and manages the employment function at Wellesley College for all Administrative and Casual Wage positions.  She manages hiring compliance for all administrative and faculty positions.  She serves as advisor to employees and managers on a whole range of Human Resource issues, especially employment and staff relations.

Susan Doherty: Employment Coordinator

Susan is a knowledgeable contact for employees, vendors, and visitors. She provides accurate information and referral in all areas of Human Resources, especially in the areas of employment and employee relations. Susan oversees the Non-Exempt, Union, and Casual Wage recruitment process.

Sandra Murga-Zuniga: Office Coordinator

Sandra serves as the first point of contact for the Human Resources Office.  She is a source of information and referral to the College Community as well as the visitors to the College.

COMPENSATION
Kathi Krajewski: Compensation Manager

Kathi develops, implements, and administers compensation programs within Valuing Work @ Wellesley to ensure that Wellesley College's Administrative Staff are paid appropriately looking at internal and external equity issues. She is the main contact for role classification and salary actions.

HR INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Raniah Atieh: HRIS Analyst

Raniah manages all technology projects as they relate to Human Resource functions.  She is primarily responsible for the BANNER HR Database, HR Website, and the Web for Employees system.

Mary Hackett: HRIS Specialist

Mary is responsible for daily maintenance of all employee information into the BANNER Database for all Administrative, Casual Wage, and Union staff. She is also responsible for the Banner Self-Service system and has a broad practical as well as visionary Human Resource perspective.  Mary is also an excellent resource for historical HR information.

Eleanor Wilcox Tutty: Associate Director of Human Resources and Benefits Manager

Eleanor is responsible for directing the College's benefits programs to ensure that they are competitive and administered according to the College policy as well as the Federal and State regulations. She is responsible for overseeing the benefits team and is the employee contact for retirement.


Cynthia Hawes: Benefits Coordinator

Cynthia acts as the Human Resource Office contact for employees, vendors, and visitors providing information regarding health, dental, life and long-term disability enrollments and changes, medical and dependent reimbursement accounts, and worker's compensation, as well as COBRA . She is the initial contact person for employees regarding these benefits, as well as initial inquiries related to paid/unpaid leaves.

Ann Lynne Kotfica: Benefits Coordinator

Ann Lynne acts as the Human Resources Office contact for employees, vendors, and visitors providing information, guidance, and referral for the benefits function. She handles tax-deferred annuities and the TIAA-CREF retirement plan enrollments as well as any benefits-related questions.
