Our
HR Vision
Wellesley's
Human Resources Office will be the leader in college HR offices,
partnering with Wellesley's leadership to make Wellesley a model
employer. Senior staff and managers will understand the critical
role they play in human resources management at Wellesley. Through
a strong recruitment program, we will exemplify a truly diverse
workplace and represent a community which welcomes, supports and
celebrates our diversity. We will continue our strong benefit program
and ensure that it is understood and that it reflects the needs
of the Wellesley workplace.
Our
HR Mission Statement
The
mission of the Human Resources team is to provide service in the
areas of employment, compensation, labor and employee relations,
management consultation, training, benefits and HR information management
systems to all Wellesley College employees.Our department is committed
to the highest standards of service and continuously looking for
improvement in all these areas.
