Athletic Physicals:

• Performed at the college health center
• All sophomores and seniors are required to have this done
• Any transfer students or students abroad may also need a physical
• Physical must be completed prior to the first competition (including scrimmages)
• Medical history and physical are conducted
  *Students with on-going medical issues may need to be seen annually*
