Co-presidents
The
President shall be the executive officer of the organization
and an ex-officio member of all committees, shall preside
at the Hillel board meetings, shall direct the policy and
programs of all committees with members of the Executive Board.

Secretary
The
Secretary shall take minutes at Board meetings and produce
a newsletter at regular intervals to inform all Hillel members
of upcoming events. |
|
Treasurer
The
Treasurer shall keep track of finances, give a Treasurer's
report at board meetings, prepare a budget to be submitted
to SOFC, apply for emergency funding and Uniquely Compelling
grants deemed necessary by the executive board, and collect
all moneys for fundraising efforts by the Board and its members.

Senator
The
Senator shall represent Hillel at weekly Wellesley College
Senate meetings and on the Senate committee on which she chooses
to serve. She shall participate in special interest bloc of
Senate and shall report pertinent information from Senate
to the executive board. |

Social
action/Political
action coordinator
The Social Action/Political action Chair shall coordinate
programs on the Wellesley College campus and in the larger
Boston
area
that
increase
awareness of political and social issues facing Jews and
society in general. |
Multifaith
Council Representatives
These two students sit on the multi-faith council which meets
weekly on Wednesdays at noon till 1:30pm. Discussion and planning
of multifaith campus events that allow others to explore the
diverse community of Wellesley College. |

Holiday
Coordinator
The Holiday Coordinator shall assist the Hillel staff members
in planning high holidays services and all other religious
holiday
events on the Wellesley campus, shall serve as a student
leader during holiday religious services and shall coordinate
holiday
celebrations with Jewish organizations at other colleges.

Education coordinator
The Education Coordinator in conjunction with the Hillel
director, will be responsible for programming to educate
the Jewish community about Jewish holidays, religious
observances and shall coordinate holiday celebrations with
Jewish organizations at other colleges. |

First
year coordinator
The first-year coordinator shall coordinate Hillel events
held during orientation and shall work closely with the advisor
to create community among the first years. She shall establish
a big sister/ little sister network and administrate the accompanying
events, and shall represent them on the Executive board. |
Social
coordinator
The social coordinator shall plan mixers and other social
gatherings among Jewish students at Wellesley and with Jewish
organizations at other colleges and shall plan social activities
in accordance with Jewish holidays and other events. |

Regional Representatives
The regional representative will be responsible for attending
monthly regional Hillel Council student board meetings, for
participating in planning and organizing events that takes
place on a regional basis, and for establishing and maintaining
relationships with the other Boston area Hillels and other
Jewish groups. |
