PROGRAM  COST

The program fee will be $3,531.97 for the three weeks, including tuition, room, full board, all program-related transportation and airport transfers in country, air fare (Boston-Casablanca-Boston), and college administrative fees.

APPLICATION  DETAILS

Eight to 16 students will participate in Wellesley Wintersession in Morocco. The program is open to women from all classes and all majors. Students will be selected on the basis of their demonstrated interest in Middle Eastern, African, Islamic or Jewish Studies, the quality of their previous academic work, and their ability to work as members of a group. Knowledge of French or Arabic is an advantage, but not required.

To apply, please send the application form along with two letters of recommendation to the History Department office. This program is offered in 2007-2008. Applications are due Friday, October 5 at 4pm in FND 202A. Applicants will be contacted to arrange a personal interview.
