PAYMENTS

A. RENTAL PAYMENT

It is the policy of the Controller's Office that monthly rental payments for Faculty Housing will be made by payroll deduction at the end of the month in which the rental payment falls due. In the event a tenant is not on the College payroll, the College will bill the tenant each month.

B. UTILITY AND MISCELLANEOUS PAYMENTS

All oil, electrical and other miscellaneous charges will be billed by the Controller's Office on a monthly basis. Payment is due within 30 days after the bill is mailed (See VII-A). Payment due the College for housing costs not paid by the end of May each year will be deducted from the last paycheck of the academic year.
