International students arrive in Boston with families, or meet Wellesley
alumnae hostesses, by Friday, August 27, 2004, or the day before.

| Parents or hostess families bring international students to campus on Friday morning, stay for lunch. | ||
| 10:30 a.m. | Leave your luggage in your assigned dorm room, and walk to the Slater International Center. | |
| 11:15 a.m. | Pre-Orientation Program for incoming international students begins at the Slater International Center. | |
| 11:15 a.m. | Welcoming remarks to the new international students coming to Wellesley. | |

| 11:30 p.m. | Lunch at Slater International Center for students, parents, and host families. This will be an opportunity for you, your parents, and your host families to get acquainted. Parents leave after lunch. | |
| 1:45 p.m. | Academic advising and the Class Dean System | |
| 3:15 p.m. | Sandy Roberts, Director of Telecommunications, explains the telephone system at Wellesley. | |
| 4:00 p.m. | Register for dorm keys, get access to your room, and visit the Student Aid Office | |
| 4:30 p.m. | ALL international students go on a tour of the Campus (places you will need to know) | |
| 5:30 p.m. | Return to your dorms, have dinner in your dorm dining room. | |
| 7:00 p.m. | Move into your dorm room; movie and relaxing at Slater International Center. |

| 7:00 a.m. | Breakfast in the dorms. |
| 9:30 a.m. | Immigration Compliance Workshop and other information. Bring your passport and visa form. |
| 10:45 a.m. | Orientation activities at Slater International Center |
| 11:45 a.m. | Lunch in the dining halls |
| 1:00-4:30 p.m. | Orientation activities at Slater International Center |
| 5:30 p.m. | Return to your dorms, have dinner in your dorm dining room |
| 7:00 p.m. | Orientation activities at Slater International Center |
| Sunday, August 29, 2004 |
| 7:00 a.m. | Breakfast in the dorms. |
| 9:30 a.m. | Meet at Schneider Center to board the bus to Boston for a student led tour. (please be prompt so we can leave on time) |
| 4:30 p.m. | Meet at Harvard Square, Johnson Gate, to board the bus to return to Wellesley College together. (please be prompt so we can return on time) |
| 5:30 p.m. | Return to your dorms, have dinner in your dorm dining room |
| 7:30 p.m. | Activities planned in Slater International Center. |
International students join the General Orientation Program for all incoming Wellesley students, beginning on the morning of Monday, August 30, 2004.
