Delegates

Representatives of more than 100 colleges, universities and learned societies will march in the academic procession of the inauguration of
H. Kim Bottomly.

There is a special luncheon for delegates at the Davis Museum and Cultural Center, beginning at noon. Guests of delegates are welcome at the luncheon.

Delegates will robe at the museum and can leave their belongings there during the ceremony.

The inaugural procession will begin at 2:30 p.m. Robing and the line up for the procession will begin at 2:00 p.m. at the Davis Museum.

The installation ceremony will take place under a tent on Severance Green. Guests do not need a ticket to sit under the tent for the ceremony.

Following the inaugural ceremony, there will be light refreshments available on the museum plaza.

Parking: All delegates have been sent a parking pass for the Davis Parking Facility.
