Welcome to the Office of Institutional Research (OIR) at Wellesley College. We collect, maintain, analyze, and disseminate information that supports strategic planning and decision-making at the college. We work with individuals and campus groups to define issues, select research designs, obtain information, analyze data and interpret results. In addition, the OIR supplies information requested by external agencies and consortial groups, and produces the yearly Wellesley College Factbook.
