A Note from the Editor of the Journal of Human Rights, Thomas Cushman:

After five years as editor, Thomas Cushman is stepping down as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Human Rights. For the last five years, we have developed a journal of the highest caliber and depth, and it has been my pleasure to work in this venture. As of Volume 6, which will appear in early 2007, The new editor will be Professor Richard Hiskes, of the University of Connecticut. Professor Hiskes will be supported by the strong new human rights program at the University, and I am confident that he will continue to produce the highest quality journal possible. Please direct all new submissions to him at JHR@uconn.edu and view the journal's new website at www.jhr.uconn.edu.
