Placing a Tape or DVD Duplication Request
Please bring your original tapes and/or DVDs to the Knapp Service Desk when you make your request. If you will be providing your own DVDs, we can only accept blank DVD-Rs and not DVD-RWs.
You will need to provide a title for the copy label. You will also use this title to pick up your tape copy.
There is no charge for duplication for academic
courses. Copies of non-academic videos, including
any college organizations or student
organizations, are $5.00 per video for duplication and $5.00 for
each blank tape or
DVD if
you
do not
provide
your own.
You may
pay with cash, check or department budget number when you collect
your copies.
Tape duplication may take up to 5 business days to complete. Because
duplication services are intended only for academic and College
organizations, copies for personal purposes may take up to
2 weeks to complete. Knapp
staff will email
you when
your copies
are
ready.
If you have any questions about our tape duplication services or
about your particular request, please email
the Firstclass conference "Tape Copy Questions" or call the Knapp
Service Desk at x2369.
