Facilities
Constructed in 1997 with a gift from Betsy Wood Knapp '64, the Knapp Media & Technology Center is located on the ground floor of the Clapp Library.
The Knapp Center is reserved for Wellesley students, faculty and staff. Others wishing to use the facilities must contact Heather Woods or Kenny Freundlich for written permission. Permission is seldom granted, particularly during the academic semester.
Preference for using the Knapp Center workstations and project rooms is given to Wellesley users working on academic multimedia projects. Users not working on such projects may be asked to move to another computing lab to make room for those working on multimedia assignments.
