Requests for Academic Credit-Bearing Course Events

To request equipment, a videographer or a projectionist for a classroom presentation related to a credit-bearing course, please fill out the
Registrar's Event Registration Form

To add equipment, a videographer or a projectionist to an existing reservation of this type, please use the

Faculty and Staff requests for other Events

To request equipment, a videographer or a projectionist for an event that is open to the College community, general public, or is a departmental event that is non-curricular, please fill out the
Special Events Event Registration Form

To add equipment, a videographer or a projectionist to an existing reservation of this type, please use the
Special Events Event Change Form

Student requests for Student Organization Sponsored Events

Note: Before equipment can be installed or loaned to students, written permission must be provided by a faculty or staff member.
