Study Abroad: Mexico . San Andreas . Internships
The Foreign Student Office at the University arranges housing with an Argentine family and organizes trips and programs around Argentina. Students will be enrolled in four courses per semester. Medical coverage is provided with Cemic, an Argentine health maintenance program. Their fall semester runs from the beginning of March to the first week of July; their spring semester runs from the beginning of August to the first week of December. Students should arrive two weeks earlier than the above dates for orientation to the university and to Argentina. Wellesley financial aid packages will be adjusted to cover the work-study portion of the Wellesley grant. Transportation costs to and from Argentina are not included in your financial aid package and must be arranged yourself. Students chosen for the exchange will be notified by the Study Abroad Office. Proposals, leave of absence forms, and course of study forms are required. Application: to Study Abroad Office Deadline: mid-December for fall of following year; October 15 for spring of current academic year.

Wellesley
operates in a body-for-body exchange program with the Universidad de
San Andres in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The university is a modern, small
university located in the town of Victoria on the shores of the Rio de
la Plata. Classes are normally in Spanish, although professors, staff
and students have an excellent command of English. Students may attend
for a semester or a year.
