Please complete the following form in order to register for ABC: The Artists' Books Conference.

The ABC Registration Fee is $190 ($95 for students; $220 after May 1st). The registration fee includes all panel sessions, both keynote speaker lectures, the Book Fair, the Book Arts Lab Open House, morning refreshments, and lunches on Thursday, June 16, Friday, June 17, and Saturday, June 18.

Due to space constraints, the conference is limited to 200 participants. Please wait to receive a confirmation message before making travel and lodging arrangements. Registration confirmations will be sent by e-mail. If no e-mail is provided, then registration confirmation will be sent by first class mail.

Cancellations will be accepted with full refunds through May 15th 2005. No refunds will be made after that date.

Section V: CONFERENCE OPTIONS
The registration fee includes all panel sessions, both keynote speaker lectures, the Book Fair, the Book Arts Lab Open House, morning refreshments, and lunches on Thursday, June 16, Friday, June 17, and Saturday, June 18.

The following activities are available at an additional cost. (Please note: a separate check is required for the tours):

Section VI: ACCOMMODATIONS

ABC housing is in Stone Davis Dormitory overlooking Lake Waban on the Wellesley College campus. Dormitory housing is recommended for participants without cars since the campus is not within walking distance to hotels.

Dormitory housing is available the night of June 14th (tour participants only) and the nights of June 15th to June 18th.

For those who would prefer a hotel, we have made arrangements with the Hampton Inn for a special rate. There is no transportation to the campus, so you will need a car.
