Submitting a Project Proposal

The IS Project Management Process was established to facilitate College priority-setting with regard to IS projects. The Project Proposal document is the principal means by which the Project Management Team learns of needs for new and improved campus IS services.

Who should use this process? Anyone planning a Wellesley College project that involves multiple on-campus groups or constituencies, and requires Information Services resources (staff time, hardware, software, etc.), should submit Project Proposal Part 1.

Doing so will give you access to IS resources, ensure that your project will get a clear priority assigned, a schedule of due dates, and the entire process and progress of the project will be transparent to the faculty and staff of Wellesley College.
