The IS Project Management Team was formed due to recommendations from the Information Services (IS) Planning Initiative in February 2007. The team was charged with creating a Project Management process to facilitate the recommendations to increase transparency, quick response, communication, and priority setting in regard to IS projects.
The team currently consists of 4 IS staff members, 1 staff member outside of IS and the IS Director of Planning and Communication.
