Off-campus storage planning

November 30, 2001

As a part of our effort to ease the pressure on collections space in the libraries, Library staff are planning to move some of our journal backfiles to off-campus storage in early 2002. Based on advice that we gathered during the fall semester 2001 from faculty, students and staff, we have decided to store pre-1970 issues of selected journals on the list (see below*).

Note: Issues published after 1970 will remain on campus. Once the pre-1970 backfiles are moved to storage, we will still be able to provide copies of articles that you need from these journals.

The following is an alphabetical listing of the print journals whose pre-1970 backfiles will be placed in off-campus storage. The list also includes complete runs of selected, older journals from the Science Library.
