Artists' Books Conference - Conference Sponsors

There are several ways you can help support ABC: The Artists’ Books Conference. We have developed several opportunities for supporting the conference that will offset the expenses and help keep participants’ expenses at a minimum.

There are two opportunities to be a conference underwriter. The first is to underwrite the cost of the conference memento, a cloth printer’s apron with the ABC logo that will be given to all conference attendees. The second opportunity is to have your name appear as a conference underwriter on the ABC home page in addition to the conference program and schedule. Conference underwriters will be announced at the reception, the banquet dinner, and in the daily announcements at the beginning of the conference sessions.

Underwriting opportunities are $2,000 each.

Sponsors may support meals, session breaks, and receptions where participants have a chance to talk informally about the proceedings. All sponsors will be acknowledged with a sign at the event, thanked in the program, and listed on the web site. Additionally, sponsors will be announced before or during each event. Select one or several from the following:

       Partial sponsorship of the Gala Opening Banquet (1 or more sponsors)
       Partial sponsorship of Wednesday evening opening reception
               (1 or more sponsors)
       Thursday lunch (1 sponsor)
       Friday lunch (1 sponsor)
       Saturday lunch (1 sponsor)
       Thursday coffee break (1 sponsor)
       Friday coffee break (1 sponsor)
       Saturday coffee break (1 sponsor)
       Thursday breakfast (1 sponsor)
       Friday breakfast (1 sponsor)
       Saturday breakfast (1 sponsor)

All sponsorships are $1000.

Each conference participant will receive a tote bag measuring 12” x 17” which will contain information about the conference program. Booksellers and book artists have the opportunity to include copies of promotional materials in 200 tote bags for the fees listed below:

       $250 1 page flyer, broadside, bookmark, etc.
       $350 Small brochure or pamphlet
       $500 Catalog or product sample

Donations are being accepted for the banquet dinner raffle. Book arts related items will be raffled to dinner participants. Items such as gift certificates for services, paper, type, ink, printer’s equipment, books, and ephemera are possibilities. Donors will be acknowledged at the raffle.
