Faculty may request single semester permission for the use of copyrighted materials in coursepacks. See the Wellesley College Copyright Policy for more complete information on coursepacks. The permission granting process usually involves payment of royalties by the instructor's department. Since royalty charges depend on the number of coursepacks actually distributed, the instructor will be asked to complete a final checklist for confirmation. To request permission for use of copyrighted materials, complete this entire form for each item in your coursepack. For further assitance call 283-2804.
