All cell phone usage in the Library should be kept to a minimum. If you must be on call, choose a non-sounding setting device. Please respect others by keeping conversations at low levels. If it is necessary to use a cell phone while you are in the libraries, choose one of the following general locations:

• enclosed stairwells
• public space away from quiet study areas
• study rooms at the libraries

Maintenance personnel may use cell phones in all areas as needed.
